Racing Beat Dual Tip Exhaust for 2006-2008 Miata MX-5

The Racing Beat Power Pulse Muffler for the Miata MX-5 is produced entirely from 304-stainless steel for superior durability and appearance. The inlet tube includes an OEM-styled mounting flange to provide excellent gas sealing capabilities. Each stainless steel outlet tube feeds into a double-walled tip for an aggressive and sporty look. The two 3.5-inch exhaust tips are manufactured using 304-stainless steel and then polished to high luster polish. Each tip features a subtle, bead-blasted Racing Beat logo to add the finishing touch!

Designed entirely by Racing Beat, the muffler canister features stainless steel and ceramic sound-deadening insulation to provide the optimum exhaust note for your Miata. The Power Pulse Muffler for the Miata offers a deep, throaty exhaust note, without any harsh, buzzy or "droning" tones. All Racing Beat’s exhaust are "tuned" in-house by our engineering staff to produce a modest exhaust tone at low speeds, and a bit more "attitude" under full throttle acceleration.

Each system comes complete with fully detailed instructions and mounting hardware, and can be easily installed by the weekend mechanic using only simple hand tools.

Racing Beat "Race" Connecting Pipe for 2006-2008 Miata MX-5  

The Racing Beat Race Connecting Pipe is intended to replace the stock mid-pipe on the MX-5, which eliminates the integrated secondary catalytic converter and presilencer unit.
Emissions Note: The stock mid-pipe does not feature an oxygen sensor after the catalytic converter. (The oxygen sensors in the MX-5 exhaust system are located before and after the primary catalytic converter, which is located under the stock exhaust manifold near the engine.) Therefore, installation of this race connecting pipe will not impact the OBD II system and installation of this race pipe will not cause a “check engine” light to occur. However, since a factory-placed catalytic converter is being removed by the install of this component, this race pipe is NOT considered emissions legal for street use.
